Working with implementation partner Exaserv, Mohawk replaced fragmented systems with the SAP SuccessFactors suite as a global HR standard that can be tailored locally; the rollout delivered a unified lifecycle overview for all 34,100 employees, simplified and accelerated onboarding for acquisitions, and improved HR decision-making and productivity. SAP SuccessFactors helped Mohawk standardize processes and unlock measurable benefits, including an expected $1.2 million in annual operational cost savings starting in year one.
