Biosensors International, a global leader in cardiovascular device technologies, needed a unified HR solution to align a multinational workforce across Europe, the Americas and Asia. The result was a transformed, more consistent corporate culture, clearer communications, measurable targets linking performance to revenue, and rapid rollout (first solution live in 8 weeks), demonstrating SAP SuccessFactors’ impact on organizational alignment and execution.
