Szerencsejáték Zrt., Hungary’s state-owned national lottery operator, sought to modernize HR and payroll as part of its digital transformation. Working with SAP SuccessFactors alongside SAP Payroll Processing, SAP Integration Suite and SAP Services and Support, Szerencsejáték implemented integrated payroll, time management and shift‑planning solutions with self-service via SAP Fiori. The implementation automated payroll (eliminating 100% of manual payroll calculations), removed the need to duplicate employee data, and delivered 24x7 self-service leave and payslip access—accelerating payroll processing and improving the employee experience.
