LTI, a Mumbai-based professional services firm with 26,000 employees, faced the need to cut hardware and IT administration costs, extend its services to offer SAP S/4HANA on a public cloud, and evolve into an intelligent enterprise with scalable reporting. To address these challenges, LTI implemented SAP S/4HANA on AWS and integrated HR and expense workflows with SAP SuccessFactors (and SAP Concur) to modernize core functions and support a cloud-first services portfolio.

By integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, LTI gained higher operational efficiency through integrated contract and project structures, smarter resource allocation, and optimized invoice processing, plus a richer employee experience and mobile-enabled procurement approvals via SAP Fiori. The rollout was seamless and now supports all financial and procurement functions, delivering shorter procurement turnaround times and improved, multidimensional reporting.
