Uniqa, a 500-employee insurance provider, needed to drive cultural change to put customer experience at the center of the business and to gather honest employee feedback to identify concerns and improve customer processes. To meet this need, Uniqa engaged SAP SuccessFactors and deployed the SAP Qualtrics Employee Engagement solution to capture experience data and provide managers with an intuitive, role-based, anonymized dashboard.

SAP SuccessFactors delivered regular, fast employee surveys (the pilot achieved 80% completion in one week) and an interactive dashboard that lets managers create targeted action plans, measure change impact, and link survey outcomes to incentives. The solution—implemented rapidly with partner Adessa Group—produced reliable, actionable data, improved communication of strategic vision, increased team engagement and satisfaction, and enabled faster, measurable improvements to customer-facing processes.
