The solution also simplified applications (eliminating duplicate submissions), introduced one‑to‑one performance conversations, and enabled more flexible compensation allocation — delivering streamlined hiring with reduced turnaround times, improved manager‑recruiter collaboration, and greater use of internal talent for succession planning.
