To address this, SAP SuccessFactors (working with partner Itegrity) helped implement SAP Business One and a Field Service Management (FSM) tool to digitize subscriptions, eliminate paper workflows and support employees working outside the office.
SAP SuccessFactors’ implementation of SAP Business One and FSM delivered paperless field operations, consolidated inter-company management and clear management reporting on expenses, materials and time. As a result, Otto Rohrunterhalt Zürich sped up service delivery, improved customer satisfaction and increased visibility between companies; the team adopted the new ERP within two days and now runs more efficient, transparent operations (the company has delivered over 25,000 sewer services in the past 30 years).
