Productos Metalúrgicos S.A. Using SAP SuccessFactors to monitor KPIs and employee health, SAP S/4HANA to support work-from-home via VPN, and SAP Concur for safe, contactless payments and care-package delivery, Promesa retained all employees with no reductions in salary, benefits, or hours and kept teams productive. The SAP SuccessFactors-led solution helped the company generate US$2.7 million in May (US$700,000 above expectations) and resume 40% of operations—10% greater than anticipated—while supporting customers through inventory challenges.
