KAESER KOMPRESSOREN Enhancing Staff and Partner Experiences Through Digitalization

Kaeser Kompressoren, a global industrial manufacturer of air compression systems, needed to shift from in‑person training to online learning and strengthen digitalization, integration, and the overall user experience for employees and external partners. To meet these needs it selected SAP SuccessFactors, using SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone together with SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Employee Central, and SAP Services and Support.

SAP SuccessFactors delivered personalized digital workspaces with HR cards, application integration, and single sign‑on, completing a seven‑month migration of 8,500 employees and partners to SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone and creating 2,500 collaborative workspaces. The implementation produced faster access to content, interactive learning videos and discussion forums, improved knowledge sharing and collaboration, and measurable scale and performance improvements across the organization.
