SAP SuccessFactors implemented its full suite of Talent solutions plus Workforce Analytics (deployed with SAP HANA Cloud Portal and SAP Hybris Cloud for Service, with IBM Global Business Services as implementation partner), centralizing HR on one cloud platform for about 16,000 users across 24 countries. The deployment cut time to hire from 80 to 50 business days (a 46% improvement), enabled productive onboarding from day one, reduced HR project headcount despite company growth, and transformed HR into a strategic, KPI-driven service—outcomes that earned Jaguar Land Rover the SAP SuccessFactors HR Excellence President’s Award.
