To address this, itelligence partnered with SAP SuccessFactors and deployed the Qualtrics Remote Work Pulse solution, which was made available free to SAP partners and customers.

Using the Qualtrics Remote Work Pulse through SAP SuccessFactors, itelligence ran a 1,000-employee pilot that it plans to scale company-wide; the program gave managers actionable insight into employee sentiment, fostered a sense of community despite physical distance, and helped employees continue delivering strong customer service. Measurable results include 97% of employees meeting customer expectations, 85% feeling supported by their manager, 84% satisfied with itelligence’s handling of the crisis, and 99% feeling confident about the future.
