Facing fragmented HR systems from acquisitions and the need to standardize and streamline HR and employee development globally, IVC selected SAP SuccessFactors (Core HR and Payroll), including its Performance module, to replace multiple legacy processes and better support people‑centric growth.

SAP SuccessFactors delivered a unified HCM suite that simplified recruitment, onboarding, compensation, performance and development, creating a more positive employee experience and supporting retention. The Performance module became the core of IVC’s HR function, while administrators gained greater transparency and control and faster access to more reliable data—enabling clearer talent development, improved decision‑making and better planning across the enterprise.
