CEWE, one of Europe’s leading photo service providers, acquired WhiteWall and faced the challenge of separating its systems from a former parent and standing up a new, group-aligned IT landscape within six months to support order‑to‑cash, procurement and finance processes. To achieve rapid, scalable integration and standardization, CEWE engaged SAP SuccessFactors (with implementation partner all for one Group) and adopted SAP S/4HANA Cloud along with SAP Preferred Success and SAP Activate.

SAP SuccessFactors helped implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud to automate order-to-cash, payments, inventory and intercompany processes, delivering the new platform on time and below budget. The solution created a standardized, audit-friendly environment and drove strong results: 7x increase in order processing capacity, 52x faster inventory preparation, 50% reduction in manual payment processing time, zero Christmas order backlog, and a reduction in financial close from several months to three weeks.
