To address this, dormakaba engaged SAP SuccessFactors (leveraging the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solution along with SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Platform IoT services and the SAP IoT Application Enablement toolkit) and the Partner Innovation Lifecycle Services team.

SAP SuccessFactors worked with dormakaba to co‑innovate and integrate HR, ERP, and safety/security on SAP Cloud Platform, developing a certified global IoT integration solution and building ongoing knowledge‑exchange with SAP experts. The collaboration produced a beta in under eight months, enabled a worldwide rollout, improved knowledge transfer and networking, and strengthened dormakaba’s market differentiation—helping ensure a smooth digital transformation for their customers.
