Increasing the acceptance of digital payment methods in Colombia since 1971

CredibanCo S.A., a Bogotá-based payments company, needed to modernize its administrative, financial, supply chain and reporting processes and comply with international financial reporting standards as it moved to an intelligent ERP. To do this, CredibanCo engaged SAP SuccessFactors (with partner Capgemini) to implement SAP S/4HANA and related solutions, supported by SAP Enterprise Support and the SAP Early Adopter Care program.

SAP SuccessFactors delivered proactive, off‑site support and expert guidance—including configuration sessions for SAP Treasury and Risk Management, validation of IT architecture and cutover plans for SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba and SAP Cloud Platform, continuous quality checks, remote monitoring, and weekly project follow-ups. The approach enabled CredibanCo to go live with SAP S/4HANA in time for its annual close, reduced implementation risk, improved technical stability, and sped up incident resolution, securing a successful transition to an intelligent ERP.
