To create a single HR ecosystem and boost employee development and engagement, MegaFonPJSC selected SAP SuccessFactors and the SAP Jam collaboration platform (deploying SuccessFactors Onboarding, Learning and other Talent Management modules).
SAP SuccessFactors implemented an integrated talent-management and social collaboration solution that automated onboarding, learning, mentoring, goal‑setting and bonus calculations while enabling online communities and virtual events. As a result, SAP SuccessFactors helped MegaFonPJSC increase new‑hire onboarding adoption from 0% to 39%, achieve >294,000 course completions in 10 months, assign approved career paths to 92% of employees, deliver 95% of new hires with mentors and 85% on‑time performance reviews, while improving eNPS, reducing HR costs and freeing HR teams for strategic work.
