SAP SuccessFactors implemented its cloud solutions across 16 locations, covering about 5,980 executives and managers (and 1,875 hourly workers), consolidating 100% of employee data into one system. The rollout cut appraisal and goal‑setting execution time by 50%—bringing the full cycle down to 21 days—improved employee confidence and adoption, freed HR from administrative tasks to focus on strategic work, and better aligned individual goals with corporate objectives.
