Improving the Employee Experience for Faculty and Staff with SAP® Solutions

Tecnológico de Monterrey sought to improve the employee experience for faculty and staff by reducing time spent on HR administration, standardizing HR processes, and gaining actionable insights to attract and retain top academic and support personnel. To address this, they partnered with SAP SuccessFactors, deploying SAP SuccessFactors alongside SAP Qualtrics Employee Engagement to centralize HR functions and capture targeted employee feedback.

SAP SuccessFactors implemented a single, integrated HR platform across 70 sites and, together with SAP Qualtrics, enabled personalized survey reporting and the creation of 1,500 action plans to improve working conditions. The result was streamlined HR processes, more time for staff to focus on teaching, improved work–life balance, and increased attractiveness of the university as a workplace.
