Mindtree, a Bangalore-based IT services firm with 16,000 employees, needed to support rapid growth by improving employee engagement, transparency, and development while streamlining onboarding and automating performance and compensation processes. To address these challenges, Mindtree selected SAP SuccessFactors and deployed cloud-based solutions including SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, and SAP SuccessFactors Learning to make HR more strategic and scalable.
Working with partner Blueprint Technologies, SAP SuccessFactors implemented paperless onboarding, a “right to feedback” performance process, role-based learning, and an automated compensation planner. The rollout saved about 4–5 hours per day in onboarding, reduced dropouts and improved offer joining ratios and candidate satisfaction, enabled holistic performance evaluations, and produced accurate, budget-aligned merit calculations — measurable gains attributed to SAP SuccessFactors.
