ZS Associates, a global professional services firm of about 5,000 employees, needed to improve HR data accuracy, accessibility and compliance while increasing flexibility in its core operating model during a period of growth and transformation. To meet those needs it turned to SAP SuccessFactors solutions—implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central extended on SAP HANA Cloud Platform—and worked with Accenture to deploy additional audit and compliance services.

Using SAP SuccessFactors together with SAP HANA Cloud Platform and Accenture’s HR Audit and Compliance as a service, ZS can now audit and correct HR data without IT intervention, boosting data confidence and compliance. The solution reduced the resources required for multi‑dataset reporting, increased IT agility, and empowered HR to drive proactive analytics and reporting for the firm’s ~5,000 employees.
