SAP SuccessFactors implemented a centralized Learning platform to deliver and track mandatory and voluntary training and rolled out Recruiting Management to standardize approval workflows and give hiring managers an online overview of applicants. The result was faster screening and clearer focus on fit, a single automated recruitment process, about 10% time savings for hiring managers, and 80% compliance for mandatory training—demonstrating measurable efficiency and stronger compliance through SAP SuccessFactors.
