Hatch Ltd., a global mining and metals firm with about 9,000 employees, needed to make mentoring and continuous feedback a more active part of its culture. The company sought a flexible, user‑friendly solution that would integrate with its existing SAP SuccessFactors solutions to boost employee engagement in performance reviews and enable instant feedback across the organization.

Semos Cloud implemented FeedBck (built on SAP Cloud Platform and available on the SAP App Center) and integrated it with SAP SuccessFactors to shorten feedback cycles and give employees a simple way to request and rate feedback. Within three months Hatch increased feedback participation from 17% to 46% (about a 30% rise in feedback and insights), gained clearer visibility into connectors and informal leaders, and made feedback easier, more accessible, and more engaging for all employees.
