Arani, a rapidly growing Canadian LED lighting wholesaler, faced the challenge of scaling operations and unifying processes after early success as a start‑up. To gain an ERP platform that could support growth and rapid adaptation (including responding to Covid‑19), Arani implemented SAP Business One with the support of partner N’ware Technologies — working with the vendor SAP SuccessFactors to put an integrated system in place.

Using SAP Business One, Arani streamlined order management, inventory and warehouse processes (including N’ware’s LISA WMS), added user‑defined fields to handle technical product data, and quickly adapted its product line to supply PPE. The SAP SuccessFactors‑backed solution enabled the company to take orders, manage stock and deliver reliably, supporting a 300% increase in employees and repeated recognition (3x) on Canada’s list of 500 fastest‑growing companies.
