Miniclip SA, a fast-growing international developer and publisher of multiplayer mobile games, needed to modernize and standardize how it manages its workforce to support rapid growth. To address fragmented legacy HR systems and create intuitive, company-wide processes, Miniclip selected SAP SuccessFactors and its Human Experience Management (HXM) Suite, including Employee Central and core HR services.

SAP SuccessFactors implemented a cloud-based HXM Suite—covering Employee Central, Employee Central Service Center, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and more—supported by SAP for Professional Services. The rollout standardized employee-focused systems across seven entities in four countries, delivering smoother integrations, lower costs, reduced risk, and faster adoption; to date 642 users have logged in a total of 51,545 times, and Miniclip plans further engagement with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Onboarding, Learning, Work Zone, and Succession & Development.
