SAP SuccessFactors (with SAP Preferred Success) implemented a core hybrid architecture that integrated Sobeys’ on‑premise payroll with cloud‑based SuccessFactors modules, harmonized HR processes nationwide, and delivered self‑service and automation for employees. The solution enabled Sobeys to manage its 90,000‑strong workforce across 1,500+ stores more efficiently, supporting its growth and employee‑management goals.
