Caminos y Puentes Federales de Ingresos y Servicios Conexos (CAPUFE), the Mexican federal agency that operates and maintains toll roads and bridges, needed to improve employee training, increase adoption of a new learning management system, and empower HR and IT to adapt the system to changing internal processes. To address this, CAPUFE implemented the SAP SuccessFactors Learning solution and engaged SAP Preferred Success services from SAP SuccessFactors to get a tailored adoption and enablement plan.

The engagement produced measurable gains: lower training costs, streamlined logistics, standardized processes, and saved 70 hours of external consulting plus about 10 hours of empowerment training per person, resulting in faster adoption and improved operational efficiency.
