Mondi, a global packaging and paper leader with 26,000 employees across more than 30 countries, needed to unify and standardize workforce management to recruit, identify, and nurture talent across five generations of staff. To meet that challenge Mondi partnered with SAP SuccessFactors, deploying the SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite, Employee Central, SAP Digital Business Services and the SAP Model Company for HR.

SAP SuccessFactors implemented a single human resources information system, integrated Employee Central with local payrolls, accelerated deployment with the SAP Model Company service, and introduced self-service and streamlined recruitment. As a result, Mondi increased HR productivity, established a single source of truth for groupwide reporting (headcount, diversity and equal pay), empowered 2,000 managers to drive performance and development, and achieved 100% GDPR compliance.
