FANUC Europe GmbH, a global provider of robotics and automation technology, faced fragmented and manual HR processes across multiple systems and subsidiaries, with limited integration to payroll and time solutions and inconsistent reporting. SAP SuccessFactors implemented a unified HCM landscape with self-service, automation, and integrations to payroll and time systems, standardizing reports and automating the salary review process. The project created a single source of truth and new analytics capabilities, was completed on time and within budget, and went live in under 12 months across 23 countries — demonstrating measurable efficiency and improved employee experience driven by SAP SuccessFactors.
