SAP SuccessFactors implemented a unified HCM landscape with self-service, automation, and integrations to payroll and time systems, standardizing reports and automating the salary review process. The project created a single source of truth and new analytics capabilities, was completed on time and within budget, and went live in under 12 months across 23 countries — demonstrating measurable efficiency and improved employee experience driven by SAP SuccessFactors.
