Detecon International GmbH, a technology management consulting subsidiary of T‑Systems (Deutsche Telekom Group) with ~1,000 employees and €215 million in revenue, needed to upgrade its business software to an intelligent cloud ERP as part of Deutsche Telekom’s strategic transformation program. To meet this challenge, Detecon partnered with SAP SuccessFactors to implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud, supported by SAP Value Assurance and SAP Preferred Success services.

SAP SuccessFactors led the guided implementation using the SAP Activate process and Customer Success services, replacing legacy systems and integrating SAP S/4HANA Cloud into the Deutsche Telekom IT landscape. The solution delivered real-time data and reporting, standardized and automated accounting, invoice management and project-management processes, enabled early adoption across the Deutsche Telekom Group, and built cloud implementation expertise—resulting in greater speed, simplicity, flexibility and measurable efficiencies through automation and standardization.
