Conrad Electronic, a German omnichannel retailer expanding its Marketplace toward 10 million articles, needed to modernize HR to support rapid digital growth, meet the expectations of a smartphone-first workforce, and provide convenient, mobile access to HR services. To achieve this, Conrad selected SAP SuccessFactors solutions (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting) plus SAP Cloud Platform and worked with implementation partner Promerit to deliver a mobile- and cloud-first HR foundation.

Using SAP SuccessFactors, Conrad created a single source of HR truth integrated with Google G Suite and single sign-on so employees can work anywhere and teams operate more flexibly. The rollout produced measurable gains: expected 20–30% HR time savings, 15% faster HR reporting with reports generated in seconds, annual goals set in about five minutes, faster identification of top performers, a modern careers site and 100% digitalized retail processes — all supporting Conrad’s omnichannel scale-up and talent attraction.
