CDK Global, a technology company with about 8,500 employees that builds integrated solutions for automotive and related dealerships, needed to optimize its HR systems so employees could better develop customer‑focused solutions. The engagement reduced the learning curve for incident processing and S‑user setup, focused onboarding for new team members, and enabled CDK to adjust SuccessFactors components to better align with business initiatives—streamlining processes and delivering improved value to CDK’s customers.
