Working with SAP SuccessFactors (via partner HRIZONS) Harland Clarke implemented HRIZONS JDMS (Job Descriptions Made Simple) with single sign‑on and full integration to SAP SuccessFactors. The centrally managed job‑description system gave HR cross‑organization visibility, streamlined updates, and supported acquisitions—delivering about $225,000 in annual savings and ensuring all job descriptions are stored and integrated with SAP SuccessFactors.
