How Does a Brazilian Media Giant Cultivate a Culture of Learning to Develop Top Talent

Globosat, a Brazilian pay-television leader with 2,056 employees, wanted to deepen its culture of learning and get more value from an existing modern learning management system. To do that it partnered with SAP SuccessFactors, leveraging the SAP SuccessFactors Learning solution and the SAP Preferred Success plan to better engage employees and streamline training processes.

Using SAP SuccessFactors and the SAP Preferred Success plan, Globosat implemented automated training planner assignments, automatic employee notifications, customized reporting, and QR-code-enabled event check‑in. The changes cut manual work and duplicate alerts, freed HR from rekeying spreadsheet data, saved hours previously spent creating attendee lists and collecting signatures, and improved overall skill-development processes across the company.
