To build an ultraskilled workforce and streamline operations across 40+ countries, Uniper chose SAP SuccessFactors—migrating from on‑premise SAP ERP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related SuccessFactors solutions (with managed payroll by NGA Human Resources) to deliver a modern, mobile, cloud HR platform.

SAP SuccessFactors implemented Employee Central, self‑service and mobile workflows, Learning and Recruiting modules, an “Ask HR” chatbot, and managed payroll support, creating a single source of employee data and enabling analytics‑driven planning. As a result, self‑service usage rose to 80% (from 40%), staff required to manage the IT landscape fell by 70%, and HR costs per employee served dropped 25%, while employee experience and decision‑making improved.
