Affinity Education Group, an early-childhood education provider with more than 150 centers across Australia supporting about 20,000 children a year, needed a user-friendly HR system to replace complex, paper-based processes, improve visibility, and better connect its centers. To address these challenges it turned to SAP SuccessFactors, deploying Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Employee Central Payroll and the SAP Jam collaboration platform to move away from spreadsheet-based reviews and manual workflows.

Using SAP SuccessFactors, Affinity centralized HR, went paperless, and gave managers and employees self-service tools that reduce IT dependency and speed approvals. The SAP Jam platform reinforced culture by enabling nationwide sharing and recognition across centres; the result is improved visibility and interaction from the CEO to center staff, streamlined HR processes, and a scalable foundation to support growth toward an expected 4,000 staff and expanded enrollments.
