Renaissance Services, a Muscat‑based facilities management and services company, needed to modernize HR to support rapid geographic and sector expansion, more than 100 locations, and heavy hiring (700+ new hires a year) while becoming an employer of choice. To deliver a scalable, localized, mobile employee experience and a single source of truth for HR and payroll, Renaissance engaged SAP SuccessFactors (including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app).

SAP SuccessFactors implemented a cloud‑based, centralized HR platform and helped build an HR center of excellence, automating payroll and creating a single repository for employee and payroll data with mobile self‑service, recruiter access, and manager workflows. The result: payroll for 8,600 employees runs in 45 minutes versus three days previously, 18 hours saved monthly on paper processes, and 100% of employees accessing SAP SuccessFactors Mobile by the end of 2020, enabling faster approvals, fewer errors, and more data‑driven HR decisions.
