SAP SuccessFactors delivered a unified HR platform—Employee Central for core HR, SAP Jam for collaboration, and SuccessFactors Learning for digital onboarding—deployed with partner EPI‑USE. The solution increased visibility and efficiency across the employee lifecycle, improved communication and collaboration, streamlined onboarding, assessment and succession, improved payroll accuracy and reduced costs, and achieved 90% participation in a voluntary employee survey.
