SURA, a long‑standing Latin American financial services group, needed to add cloud‑based talent management to its intelligent‑enterprise transformation and ensure a well‑planned, low‑risk rollout across nearly 3,500 employees in eight subsidiaries. To do this, SURA engaged SAP SuccessFactors, implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding together with SAP Enterprise Support services for expert planning and execution.

SAP SuccessFactors delivered tailored advisory services and value maps, Continuous Quality Check (CQC) reviews (including an EarlyWatch check of Recruiting), five days of live go‑live monitoring and issue resolution, and training through the Enterprise Support Academy. These measures helped reduce technical risk, improve performance, availability and stability, expand SURA’s internal skills, and streamline operations across all subsidiaries—enabling the planned go‑live for the nearly 3,500 users.
