Netafim, a global precision‑irrigation company of about 5,000 employees operating across 33 subsidiaries, needed a flexible, multilingual e‑learning platform to upskill staff in small, resource‑limited locations and expand online course offerings. Using SAP SuccessFactors together with SAP Content Stream, Netafim rolled out thousands of courses across three libraries and enabled anytime, anywhere access that integrates learning into development plans; employee demand led to a doubling of required SAP Content Stream licenses in year two.
