Grupo Simões, the largest corporation in Brazil’s northern Amazon with about 3,218 employees across beverages, gases, and automotive dealerships, needed to integrate, standardize, and simplify HR processes across many locations to improve recruitment, training, compensation, performance reviews, and succession planning. To address this, Grupo Simões selected SAP SuccessFactors solutions—including Recruiting Management, Compensation, Performance & Goals, and Succession & Development—supported by the SAP Preferred Success plan.

SAP SuccessFactors implemented a single, groupwide HR platform (with SAP Jam and support from SAP Digital Business Services and the Enterprise Support Academy), delivering rapid incident response and easier access for employees regardless of location. The result was fast adoption, higher user satisfaction, and a major increase in candidate flow—more than 75,000 applicants—while standardizing HR practices and improving operational agility and recruitment quality.
