How Can Print and Imaging Companies Develop the Talent to Stay Competitive in a Digital World

Agfa, a global print and imaging specialist expanding into healthcare, faced complex, fragmented HR processes and needed to attract and retain digitally savvy talent while standardizing policies across regions. To address this challenge it partnered with Flexso for People and adopted SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including Employee Central and Recruiting (integrated via SAP Cloud Platform Integration), to modernize HR services and candidate-facing channels.

Using SAP SuccessFactors, Agfa implemented a global, adaptable HR policy system and streamlined core HR functions so employees can request leave and manage schedules digitally and recruiters can post vacancies quickly. The rollout replaced around 30 legacy time-and-attendance tools, consolidated global HR/payroll support across countries, freed budget and HR capacity for strategic initiatives, and improved Agfa’s attractiveness to top talent.
