Using the mobile-enabled Sodales HSE application with live integration to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, EPA Victoria implemented end‑to‑end incident workflows, risk controls, audits, fatigue management and emergency checklists. The SAP SuccessFactors‑based solution streamlined safety processes, improved safety behavior and reduced incidents, aligned the agency with Safe Work Australia standards, enforced digital self‑service safety tools, and enabled preventative measures such as JSA, OHS gap analysis and PPE audits.
