The SAP SuccessFactors‑based solution streamlined safety processes, improved safety behavior and reduced incidents, aligned the agency with Safe Work Australia standards, enforced digital self‑service safety tools, and enabled preventative measures such as JSA, OHS gap analysis and PPE audits.
