Eurofragance, a Barcelona‑based fragrance company with about 400 employees and double‑digit annual growth, needed modern, scalable HR to support its young, creative, and globally distributed workforce. The company wanted cloud‑based, mobile self‑service and collaboration tools to replace disparate on‑premise systems, attract top talent, ensure data‑protection compliance across regions, and give managers visibility into workforce and development goals. Eurofragance selected SAP SuccessFactors (including Employee Central and Performance & Goals) together with the SAP Jam collaboration platform.
Using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Jam, Eurofragance standardized HR on a cloud platform, digitalized and automated key processes, and created a master employee data repository. The solution let a lean HR team of seven manage 400 employees across seven countries, introduced a mobile app for 24x7 self‑service that increased engagement, improved pay transparency and compliance, and aligned performance and development to business strategy—turning HR into a clear enabler of growth with measurable workforce visibility and operational efficiency.
