How Can Detailed Org Charts Support the Creation of Winning International Teams

Beaulieu International Group (BIG), a global chemicals and floor‑covering manufacturer with more than 5,000 employees across 29 plants and customers in 140+ countries, needed better visibility into workforce structures to support strategic HR planning. BIG sought a solution to create tailored org charts and varied data visualizations for different user groups and to surface KPIs and big‑data insights; they selected SAP SuccessFactors, deploying SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as the HR system of record.

To address this, SAP SuccessFactors was used together with Ingentis org.manager [web] for SF (available on the SAP App Center) to extend org‑chart functionality, provide role‑based views, surface KPIs directly on charts, and enable real‑time updates. The implementation delivered up‑to‑date, accurate employee information, improved workforce analytics and simulation for strategic decisions, and tailored org‑chart configurations for different areas — helping executives make informed staffing choices and supporting BIG’s international growth across its 5,000+ workforce.
