Wanhua (Wanhua Chemical Group Co. Ltd.), an industrial chemical specialist with about 11,000 employees, needed to unify and digitalize its global employee training to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce compliance risk. Wanhua engaged SAP Digital Business Services to implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions and build a single HR learning platform for its workforce.

SAP Digital Business Services and SAP SuccessFactors delivered a mobile-enabled, unified learning platform for more than 10,000 staff, creating approximately 2,000 online classes, automating assignment of required skills training, enabling social learning and online collaboration, and integrating automatic account ID management with Wanhua’s local SAP ERP HCM. The SAP SuccessFactors implementation increased training efficiency, quality, and agility, reduced compliance risk, and helped scale talent development across Wanhua’s global operations.
