Schindler Group, a global maker of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways, needed to centralize health and safety reporting across 1,000+ offices and multiple production sites and replace an outdated internal tracking tool while meeting strict global and local safety and privacy regulations. Working with SAP SuccessFactors technologies and partner Sodales Solutions, Schindler sought a connected solution that would integrate HSE processes with its SAP SuccessFactors‑based HRMS and comply with security and regulatory requirements.

Sodales Solutions implemented the Sodales Enterprise Health, Safety & Environment Management app (available on SAP App Center) on the SAP Cloud Platform and integrated it with Schindler’s SAP SuccessFactors environment, delivering end‑to‑end incident management, country‑compliant forms, audits, and corrective‑action workflows. The combined Sodales and SAP SuccessFactors solution aligned global and local regulations, reduced lost‑time and injury‑frequency rates, improved corrective‑action processing, and enabled better targeting of training by linking employee, incident, and training history.
