How Can a Better Employee Experience for Faculty Help Students Reach Their Potential

Tecnológico de Monterrey, a leading higher-education institution educating 149,000 students across 58 campuses, wanted to reduce the time faculty and staff spent on HR administrative work and gather direct employee feedback to improve the employee experience. To address this, the university engaged SAP SuccessFactors, deploying SAP SuccessFactors solutions alongside SAP Qualtrics Employee Engagement.

SAP SuccessFactors enabled a workforce-wide survey, delivered personalized reports to 300 senior managers, and generated 1,500 action plans; the implementation also standardized HR processes across 70 sites and streamlined compensation, benefits, and development workflows. By reducing administrative burden, the SAP SuccessFactors solution improved work–life balance, freed staff to focus on teaching, and helped Tecnológico de Monterrey attract and retain top faculty to enhance student outcomes.
