Harbinger Instilling a Transparent and Goal-Oriented Culture to Build  an Interactive Community of Trust

Harbinger Group, a global software technology and product engineering services firm, needed an automated HR system to bring transparency to processes, create a goal- and performance-driven workforce, and build an engaging, collaborative employee community. To meet these objectives, Harbinger turned to SAP SuccessFactors, adopting cloud-based HR modules including SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, and the SAP Jam social software platform.

SAP SuccessFactors implemented and customized goal management and recruiting workflows, deployed SAP Jam for social collaboration, and automated reporting through SAP Enterprise Support, driving faster hiring and continuous feedback. The results included more than 90 employee communities, 150 documents/blogs shared per month, 83% of employees reporting a positive SAP Jam experience, 81% finding profiles easy to access, and 24 hours saved per month for HR through automated reports—improving engagement, collaboration, and stakeholder efficiency.
