The Government of Ras Al Khaimah set out to replace manual HR processes and an outdated on‑premise system to create a mobile‑ready, cloud‑based HR experience with 24x7 access, social‑media‑style profiles, automated workflows, and higher employee engagement. To deliver the Mawredna digital HR program, the Government of Ras Al Khaimah selected SAP SuccessFactors (HXM Suite and the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app).

SAP SuccessFactors deployed Employee Central along with Recruiting, Learning, Workforce Analytics and SAP Preferred Success services, replacing the on‑premise SAP ERP HCM and providing a single, always‑on HR repository. The vendor’s solution sped up reporting (2 hours vs. 24), increased mobile self‑services to 80 (from 20), achieved 87% employee ease‑of‑use, enabled 100% digital self‑services across 3,200 employees, accelerated hiring, and gave leaders real‑time KPI visibility (including diversity and Emiratization).
