SAP SuccessFactors implemented a centralized HR shared‑services model using Employee Central, Learning (integrated with Skillsoft), and analytics, while SAP Fieldglass and SAP Qualtrics managed contingent workers and continuous engagement. As a result, Sanlam cut time‑to‑fill for high‑volume graduate roles by 80%, reduced manual effort for quarterly reviews by 50%, achieved 88% on‑time completion of performance forms, improved learning engagement and workforce visibility, and gained group‑wide reporting and D&I KPIs — demonstrating clear, measurable impact from the SAP SuccessFactors solution.
